There are many reasons why people seek counseling. You may be experiencing uncomfortable symptoms of depression or anxiety, or high levels of stress. You may have relationship problems. Perhaps you have old wounds or traumas from the past that have not healed, and are preventing you from moving forward.
I work with adults on a broad range of issues including depression, anxiety, stress management, bereavement, self esteem, and personal growth. I help clients through challenging life transitions such as separation or divorce, career change, grief and loss, the birth of a child, empty nest, illness, and aging.
In a collaborative and supportive environment, it is possible to safely explore emotional and relationship issues and to gain self-awareness. My goal in helping clients is not only to decrease the present symptoms ... but also to gain the insight and the new tools that can lead to growth, change and success.
